The Alumni Center is available to alumni, students, faculty, staff, members of the community and guests for events including:
Facility reservations may be made by calling (309) 438-2403 or (800) 877-1478 or e-mailing scheduling@IllinoisState.edu. Reservation preference is given to events sponsored by the Illinois State University Alumni Association and university-related business.
The Illinois State Alumni Center is unable to meet the needs of weddings and wedding receptions. Please consider the Ewing Cultural Center or the Bone Student Center for your ceremony and/or reception.

Alumni Center Technology Capabilities (scope is limited to the four conference rooms: 116, 118, 119, 120
A $75 fee will be assessed to public groups for use of technology consoles. No charge will be assessed for University groups or alumni/affiliated groups.
The Alumni Center houses a wide variety of easy-to-operate, advanced technologies. The suite of technologies is designed to support presentations, panel discussions, lectures, video conferencing, computer lab instruction and speeches.
Standard set for all rooms includes tables and chairs.
A $35 per hour charge will be added after normal operating hours, with a two-hour minimum.

The most versatile room of the Illinois State Alumni Center, this space is great for a medium to large classroom setting, meetings, lectures, and banquets.
The largest room in the facility, this space is a great location for larger lectures, meetings, trainings, and formal events.
