Dave is a principal in the change advisory services practice at Hitachi Solutions, Ltd., where he has worked since 2014. From small businesses to large enterprises, he helps his clients prepare their employees to adopt new technologies and changes to business processes. From a coaching perspective, Dave helps executives communicate with, lead, and inspire their people to achieve more.

As an undergraduate, Dave was an active member of Greek life through the Delta Chi fraternity and the Interfraternity Council. He served in several roles in the Student Government Association and Academic Senate, including student body president from 2007-2008. During his free time, Dave could often be found playing lead guitar in his band, Any Other Name, at local venues and on campus. Shortly after graduation, Dave served on the executive committee of the Chicago Young Alumni Network.

He is the past president of the Alumni Association board of directors, the board development committee chair, a member of the executive and awards committees, and the Foundation Board liaison.
