Alice finds the best and brightest talent in her profession as she has worked in various recruitment positions for organizations including Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Zurich, Walgreens, Wrigley, Kraft Food Groups, and now as a recruitment consultant with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. 

During her time at Illinois State, Alice was active in Gamma Phi Lambda service sorority where she served as president. 

Alice continues to give back and show strong leadership as a member of the Black Colleagues Association. With BCA, she has held several positions including president and vice president. She also helps prepare students for "the real world" through career readiness and interview etiquette workshops.

She currently serves on the Alumni Association board of directors' Redbird Prime and Homecoming committees.
